  1. Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

  • When booking appointment a 30$ deposit is required, this deposit is unrefundable.

  • We kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be subject to the full service charge.

  • There is a 15$ fee for last minute appointments made 24hrs before selected date.

    2. Refund and Return Policy:

    • We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss adjustments.

      We do not offer refunds for products that have been recived.

    3. Late Arrival Policy:

    • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled service.

    • you are give 15 minute grace period after those 15 minutes you will be charged the full service fee.

    4. Hygiene and Sanitation Policy:

    • We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment.

    • All tools and equipment are sterilized between each client.

    5. Client Confidentiality:

    • We respect the privacy of our clients, and all personal information is treated confidentially.

    • Client records are securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent.

    6. Payment Policy:

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and apple pay.

    • Payment is due at the time of service.

    7. Service Scope and Limitations:

    • We reserve the right to refuse certain services based on individual circumstances.

    8. Photography and Social Media:

    • We may request to take photographs before and after services for our portfolio with your consent.

    • Client images may be shared on our social media platforms; however, names and personal details will remain confidential.

    9. Complaint Resolution:

    • If you have any concerns or complaints, please communicate them to us promptly, and we will do our best to address and resolve the issue.
