Appointment and cancellation policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.

• This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward any future appointment or service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

• No-show fees are non-refundable and will not be credited toward future appointments or services.

• A $30 squeeze-in fee applies to last-minute appointments scheduled outside of regular availability.

✦ Booking Confirmation Policy

• Appointments are only confirmed once a valid card is placed on file at the time of booking.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees.

✦ Late Policy

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.

✦ Repeated Cancellations & No-Shows

• Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or require prepayment for future appointments.

✦ Refill Policy

• 2-week refill (within 14-20 days)
• 3-week refill (21-30 days)
Must have at least 50% of lashes remaining or it will be a full set.

Foreign Fill Policy

• We do not accept refills from other artists. A removal and full set will be required.
(Optional: Case-by-case approval with clear photos in advance.)

✦ Late Arrival Policy

• 15-minute grace period.
• After 15 minutes = no-show and charged the full service fee.

✦ No Guest Policy

• For safety and focus, no guests or children allowed during your appointment.

✦ Refund & Return Policy

• No refunds for completed services. Please contact us within 48 hours for adjustments.
• All product sales are final. No refunds on opened or received items.

✦ Hygiene & Sanitation

• All tools are sterilized between every client.
• The studio is regularly disinfected and follows state hygiene regulations.

✦ Client Privacy

• Your information is kept confidential and never shared without consent.

✦ Payment Policy

• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Apple Pay.
• Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Service Limitations

• We reserve the right to decline services due to safety, hygiene, or health concerns.

✦ Photography & Social Media


• With your permission, we may take photos of your results for promotion.
• We never share your name or personal info.

✦ Allergy & Reaction Policy

• Reactions are rare, but if one occurs, notify us immediately.
• No refunds for allergic reactions. A free removal may be offered within 48 hours.

Touch-Up Policy

• Touch-ups may be offered within 2–3 days of your appointment if major shedding occurs.


• Based on availability and does not replace a regular refill.

✦ Deposit Transfer Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred once if you reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

✦ Emergency Reschedule Policy

• We understand emergencies happen. In rare cases, exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at the artist’s discretion.

✦ Aftercare Disclaimer

• Following aftercare instructions is key for best results.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow the aftercare provided.

✦ Age Policy

• Clients must be 18+ for lash services.
• Minors require parent/guardian consent and presence.

✦ Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Please reschedule if you’re sick, have an eye infection, cold sore, or open wounds.
• We may refuse service to protect the health of clients and staff.

Product Purchase Policy (Lash with Kitty)


✦ Order Processing


• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

• During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


✦ Shipping Policy


• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

• Once your order has shipped, Lash with Kitty is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.


✦ Tracking & Delivery


• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


✦ Returns & Exchanges


• All product sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or received items.


✦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders


• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it accordingly.

✦ Storage & Care


• Products must be stored properly to maintain quality (cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight).

• Adhesives and bonders should be used within recommended timeframes.

• Perform a patch test before full use.
