All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier.
Lash with Kitty is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Lash with Kitty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
